This class is a fusion of gentle moving yoga and yin yoga.
This is a slow-paced practice which will enable you to move slowly and focus on few poses for the entire 75 minute class. This practice is designed to calm the mind and nervous system, and help you turn inward with focus on your breath. Poses are held from 45 seconds up to 5 minutes. This class is suitable for all levels.
