Join veteran yoga teacher Carol Morrissey in this 4 week exploration and practice of fundamental yoga poses and actions necessary to the establish skills needed to set you on the path to a rewarding life long yoga practice.
This 4 week series will focus on all categories of yoga poses- seated, standing, supine, gentle inversions, backbends and restoratives. Pranayama(breath work) and meditation techniques will be practiced as well. 
Carol has been teaching yoga full time for more than 14 years and is well trained in various Yoga styles. As a professed anatomy nerd Carols' clear understanding of anatomy, function, biomechanics and form will give students a great beginning!
