Learn the basic principles of Ashtanga Yoga In tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.
~ Tristhana Method: Posture (Asana and Bandhas), Breath (pranayama), Focus( drishti)
~ Sun Salutations A & B, detailed vinyasa count, let's brake it into peaces
~ Fundamental Standing sequence, alignment
~ Introduction to seated asanas (postures) and closing sequence
~Learn to move within as you detoxify body and mind. As we learn the sequence, step by step, the practice becomes meditative.
~This method can be adapted to suit each student individually, whether it is to begin a yoga practice, deepen, broaden, give direction to an established practice, and establish your HOME practice.
