4 WEEK INTRODUCTORY SERIES


Learn the basic principles of Ashtanga Yoga as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.


~ Tristhana Method: Posture, Breath, Focus
~ Sun Salutations A & B, detailed vinyasa count
~ Fundamental Standing sequence
~ Introduction to seated and closing sequence

~Learn to move within as you detoxify the body and mind. As we learn the sequence, step by step, the practice becomes meditative.  
~This method can be adapted to suit each student individually, whether it is to begin a yoga practice, deepen, broaden, give direction to an established practice, and establish your HOME practice.
