Relax, Unwind, Ease off with YIN, YANG and PRANAYAMA with Carol Morrissey

Summer is the perfect time for a Yin style practice- our warm temps and humidity lend itself to softening of the connective tissue.
Yin teaches us to relax and release tensions that are deep within.
This workshop will focus on Yin (passive) postures that harmonize the flow of energy along the spine with a few Yang(active) postures added in to balance the energies. Various Pranayama techniques will be used to enhance the experience.
