Ways of Seeing - The Art of Balance in Your Yoga

Observation & Analysis Method

Karin Stephan is a widely respected certified 
Iyengar teacher (Jr/Intermediate III) who has 
been teaching in Cambridge, Massachusetts 
and internationally for more than 40 years; 
she holds a 500-hour E-RYT certification 
from Yoga Alliance.
Everyone has asymmetries in their 
body that challenge their yoga 
practice. Learning to see these 
patterns is essential in achieving
balance and harmony in the asanas 
and preventing injury.
Workshop participants will learn 
Karin’s 5 step “Observation and 
Analysis” technique. They will 
learn how to use internal perception
as well as props to modify
the asanas for their own bodies. 
This leads to greater mastery 
of the poses and preserves the 
health of joints and muscles.
Open to students of all levels with 
at least six months of Yoga study. 

Appropriate for students of all levels and Yoga Teachers.
