Gentle Yoga and Yoga Nidra

Join Kathy for this deeply restorative experience. We will begin 

with gentle, restorative movements guided by the breath, 

designed to open and relax the body in preparation for Yoga 

Nidra.  Yoga Nidra is a deep and powerful guided meditation 

which is known as Yogic sleep or sleep with awareness.   It is a 

systematic method of complete relaxation, which uniquely unwinds 

the nervous system and helps create a deep sense of peace.  A 

true balm for our over stimulated and chronically exhausted lives.  

This practice is suitable for ALL levels of practitioners.  You will 

leave feeling more grounded, focused and at peace.
